Planning Commission to review request for conditional use permit, plats and plans

The Mitchell Planning and Zoning Commission will review the application of Amy Schaefer for a conditional use permit to operate a day care center in her home at 934 E. Birch Ave. during its meeting Monday.
The commission meets at noon at City Hall Council Chambers, 612 N. Main St. The meeting is open to the public.
In other agenda items, the planners will:
• Review a plan from Larry’s I-90, 15101/2 S. Burr, for a 20-foot by 44-foot expansion. It was tabled at the last meeting.
• Review a plat of the Jim Trail Conservation Easement in tracts 1 through 4.
• Review a plat of Witzel Tracts 2 and 3.
• Review a plat of Lots 17 and 18 of block 6 of Woods First Addition.
• Review a plan for an addition to Wesleyan Church, 601 N. Sanborn Bld.
• Review a plan for BankWest south of its location at 2100 Highland Way.
• Review a plan for a new roof from Mike Brookbank at 123 W. Second Ave.
• Review a plan for a deck from Chuck Mueller at 508 N. Rowley St.
• Review the revised planning and zoning code. No action will be taken.
