SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a Sioux Falls man found dead inside his apartment building following a fire.
SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a Sioux Falls man found dead inside his apartment building following a fire.
Officials say 65-year-old Richard James Ryken was found dead inside his apartment Monday afternoon.
Investigators are trying to figure out what sparked the fire, but they say it appears to have been fueled by an oxygen therapy tank used by Ryken.
No one else was home at the time in either Ryken's unit or the apartment building's other unit.
