Winning lottery tickets sold in Mitchell, Madison

PIERRE (AP) — South Dakota lottery officials say a Wild Card 2 ticket sold in Mitchell is worth $5,000 and a Hot Lotto ticket sold in Madison is worth $10,000 in Wednesday's drawings.

PIERRE (AP) — South Dakota lottery officials say a Wild Card 2 ticket sold in Mitchell is worth $5,000 and a Hot Lotto ticket sold in Madison is worth $10,000 in Wednesday's drawings.

The odds of winning the Wild Card 2 second prize are one in about 91,000, and the odds of winning the Hot Lotto second prize are about one in 608,000. Winners have about six months to claim their money.

The Wild Card 2 jackpot sits at $125,000 and the Hot Lotto jackpot at $2 million for the next drawings on Saturday.
