SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A Sioux Falls man has pleaded guilty in federal court to passing counterfeit money.

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A Sioux Falls man has pleaded guilty in federal court to passing counterfeit money.

Thirty-nine-year-old Christipher West was accused of passing $180 in fake $10 and $20 bills at a Sioux Falls Walmart last summer.

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says West faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced May 11.
