NORTH SIOUX CITY (AP) — The death of a South Dakota woman whose body was found in a North Sioux City townhouse has been ruled accidental.

The state attorney general's office and Union County prosecutors have released the findings of their completed investigation into the death late last year of 27-year-old April Simmons of Frankfort.
