The convention is March 30-April 1 in Bismarck. The South Dakota Republican is speaking on Saturday, March 31.
Noem is a farmer and rancher from rural Hamlin County in northeastern South Dakota. She is a former South Dakota state legislator. She was elected to the U.S. House in 2010 and is seeking her second term this year.
