CUSTER (AP) — South Dakota lottery officials say a ticket sold in Custer is worth $10,000 in Saturday's Powerball drawing.

CUSTER (AP) — South Dakota lottery officials say a ticket sold in Custer is worth $10,000 in Saturday's Powerball drawing.

The ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Powerball to win the game's third prize. The odds of winning it are one in about 649,000. The winner has about six months to claim the money.

Powerball is played in most states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot sits at $250 million for the Wednesday drawing.
