Keppen, Starr to wed in April ceremony

Parents of the couple are Pam and Ray Keppen, Scotland; and Stan and Jean Starr, Mitchell.
Kristina is a graduate of Dakota State University, Madison, with a degree in elementary education. She is a kindergarten through eighthgrade teacher at Rockport Colony, Mitchell.
Mike will graduate in May from Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell, with a degree in human services and education. He is employed at Alignment Experts, Mitchell.
An April 21 wedding is planned in Mitchell.
