Thirty-three-year-old Ernie Stewart of Wyola, Mont., faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine when he is sentenced March 30.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says Stewart sold eagle feathers, wings and a tail to another person in June 2010 near Spearfish. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service investigated.
