QUINN (AP) — A bar and restaurant that has operated in the small southwest South Dakota town of Quinn for at least half a century has been destroyed by fire.

The media reports that the Two Bit Saloon and Steakhouse along U.S. Highway 14 was engulfed by flames by the time firefighters from several area departments arrived at the scene about 2:30 a.m. Friday. Wall Fire Chief Jim Kitterman says all firefighters could do was make sure the flames didn't spread to nearby pastures.

No one was hurt in the fire. The cause was not immediately determined.
