SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Both men wanted in connection with a suspected methamphetamine lab fire in Sioux Falls are now in custody.
Police say 50-year-old Ricky German was arrested Thursday afternoon in a local casino. His arrest followed the apprehension earlier in the day of 51-year-old Ted Witte. Authorities say they tracked him down in the same neighborhood of the Sunday morning apartment blaze. They say he suffered burns on his feet that might require medical attention.
Witte and German face Friday afternoon court appearances on several drug charges.
