RAPID CITY (AP) — A Mega Millions lottery ticket sold in Rapid City is worth $10,000 in last Friday's drawing.
South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Mega Ball to win the game's third prize. The odds of winning it are one in about 690,000. The winner has 180 days to claim the money.
Mega Million is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot sits at $15 million.
