Miller to appear at Mike Miller Classic tonight

Mitchell native and Miami Heat guard/forward Mike Miller will be at tonight’s Findlay Prep vs. La Lumiere game, Mike Miller Classic tournament director Ernie Kuyper said.

Mitchell native and Miami Heat guard/forward Mike Miller will be at tonight’s Findlay Prep vs. La Lumiere game, Mike Miller Classic tournament director Ernie Kuyper said. The game starts at 7:15 p.m.

Kuyper said it was a change of original plans, as Miller didn't think he would be able to make the trip to the classic. Kuyper said the decision to come to the game was “a last-minute change.”

This will be Miller’s first appearance at his own classic. Last year was the inaugural Mike Miller Classic and the Mitchell native was unable to make the event.
