Garbage pickup in Mount Vernon changes
MOUNT VERNON — Garbage pickup for the City of Mount Vernon will be on Tuesdays, Dec. 27, and Jan. 3, instead of the usual Monday schedule, due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
