RAPID CITY (AP) — Authorities say a 15--year-old boy is accused of punching, kicking and spitting on a Rapid City police officer.
Police tell the media that the juvenile was arrested Tuesday on charges of simple assault on law enforcement, sliming, threatening law enforcement and minor consuming.
Police say officers were called to a disturbance early Tuesday morning involving an intoxicated teen. Police say boy tried to run away when officers arrived but an officer caught up to him.
Once caught, the juvenile allegedly kicked, punched, spit on and threatened the officer. Police then arrested the teen.
