Sanford event set Friday in Oacoma

OACOMA — The eight annual Sanford Chamberlain’s Holiday Extravaganza will be at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, at Cedar Shore Resort, Oacoma.

OACOMA — The eighth annual Sanford Chamberlain’s Holiday Extravaganza will be at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, at Cedar Shore Resort, Oacoma.

The fundraiser features appetizers, wine and beer tasting and silent and live auctions, raffles and door prizes.

Cost is $20 per person and funds raised will help support Prairie Futures program, which is helping nontraditional students in the Chamberlain area receive their RN degrees. The fund will help provide scholarships, tutoring and coaching services.
