A total of 874 flu vaccinations were given at the Oct. 11 Point of Distribution vaccination event at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.

A total of 874 flu vaccinations were given at the Oct. 11 Point of Distribution vaccination event at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.

According to Connie Fergen, community health nurse, the breakdown according to age was as follows: younger than 1 year, four; 1 year, 17; 2 years, 24; 3 years, 38; 4 years, 31; 5 to 10 years, 199; 11 to 18 years, 204; 19 to 21 years, 52; 22 to 64 years, 290; older than 65, 15.
