TRENT (AP) — South Dakota officials say they are investigating the Trent Assisted Living Center after a complaint led them to close the facility and move the 11 people living there.

State Health Secretary Doneen Hollingsworth said her department suspended the center’s license because of “conditions jeopardizing the health and safety of residents.”
Hollingsworth says she cannot provide any further information.
Trent is a town of 235 people about 30 miles north of Sioux Falls.
