CRAZY HORSE (AP) — The Chinle Navajo Choir from Arizona is performing a free concert Tuesday evening at the Crazy Horse Memorial.
The 6 p.m. "Navajo Nation Appreciation Day" program will feature Christian music in English, rap and Navajo, with more than 40 choir members dressed in traditional Navajo clothes.
The program is presented by Potter's House Christian Center, a new Rapid City ministry.
Youth singer Lauren Aragon will sing the national anthem in Navajo and various choir members will discuss their experiences.
