Ihnen, Kirwan exchange June nuptials

Jerika Ihnen and Riley Kirwan were married on Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Tea, with the Rev. Greg Johnson and the Rev. Chuck Cimpl officiating.

Parents of the couple are Jim and Lisa Ihnen, Tea; and Joe and Twila Kirwan, Gregory.

Honor attendants were Melissa Skals and Colby Kirwan.

Attendants were Christine Droge, Whitney Ashford, Monica Kirwan, Jay Kirwan Chris Mikkelsen and Jesse Ihnen.

Flower girl was Kate Kirwan and ring bearer was Dale Jorgensen.

Ushers were Josh Stukel and Tim Dacy.

A reception was held at the Tea Events Hall.

Jerika is a graduate of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Rapid City, and is continuing her education at the University of Missouri, St. Louis College of Optometry.

Riley is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in education. He is a chemistry instructor at Bowling Green High School and also coaches football and basketball.

The couple will live in Wentzville, Mo.
