Coach Don Meyer to speak to Mitchell cancer group
“Servant Leadership,” a presentation by former basketball coach Don Meyer, will replace the regularly scheduled September meeting of the Mitchell Area Cancer Support Group.
“Servant Leadership,” a presentation by former basketball coach Don Meyer, will replace the regularly scheduled September meeting of the Mitchell Area Cancer Support Group.
The presentation will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, at First Lutheran Church, Mitchell.
Meyer is a retired basketball coach from Northern State University, Aberdeen and will present his journey through many health-related challenges.
The event is sponsored by Avera Parish Nurse Ministry at First Lutheran Church, First United Methodist Church and Avera Queen of Peace.
Please use the west entrance of First Lutheran Church, which is wheelchair accessible.
