Red Bear pleads guilty to abusive sexual contact

A Fort Thompson man pleaded guilty Wednesday to abusive sexual contact.
Dakota Red Bear, aka Cody Red Bear, 25, appeared before U.S. District Judge Roberto Lange. The maximum penalty for the violation is 10 years in prison.
During October 2010, Red Bear visited a home where the victim was staying alone. Around 2 a.m., Red Bear joined the victim in the living room and sexually abused her.
It was agreed Red Bear used force during the incident.
Lange ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for November.
