SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A South Dakota man has pleaded guilty in federal court to unlawfully trafficking in eagles.

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says 36-year-old Stanley Littleboy of Porcupine faces up to three years in prison and $350,000 in fines when he is sentenced on Dec. 2.
Littleboy was accused of selling parts of eagles in June 2009 and May of this year in Shannon County. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service conducted the investigation.
