Free sports injury clinics to be held in Chamberlain

CHAMBERLAIN — The Physical Medicine Department at Sanford Chamberlain will offer free sports injury clinics on Saturdays during September and October.

The clinics are available for all high school and middle school students in the Chamberlain, Kimball, Lower Brule, Lyman and Crow Creek school districts and will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday, beginning Sept. 3 and running through Oct. 22. Entrance will be through the outside door southeast of the front entrance (not ER).

Certified/licensed athletic trainer Emily Dorwart recommends that the parents and coaches come to the clinic with the injured athlete.
