Louise Kennedy, De Smet

Louise M. Kennedy, 90, De Smet, formerly of Corsica, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, De Smet.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at American Lutheran Church, De Smet, with the Rev. Randy Koeller, Vicar Lisa Konzen and grandson/seminary student Arlyn Rusche officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery, Armour. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time on Tuesday at the church.

Osthus Funeral Home, De Smet, is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by four children: Donald (Eula) Kennedy, Lake Park, Iowa; Jerry (Jeanne) Kennedy, Centerville; Bonnie (Earl) Rusche, Bancroft; and Lois Kruse, Watertown.
