Participants will be able to drop their used or expired prescription drugs off at the Fort Thompson Community Center between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday as part of the Indian Country Give Back Initiative.
The service is free and anonymous and features locations on each of the state’s nine reservations.
Other area drop-off locations Friday in South Dakota include the community centers in Wagner, Lake Andes and Winner.
