Area poets to participate in reading
Local poets will participate in the South Dakota State Poetry Society/Faulk County Historical Society open mike poetry reading event at 1 p.m. June 12 on the lawn of the Pickler Mansion, Faulkton.By: Staff reports, The Daily Republic
Local poets will participate in the South Dakota State Poetry Society/Faulk County Historical Society open mike poetry reading event at 1 p.m. June 12 on the lawn of the Pickler Mansion, Faulkton.
Area poets participating are Ellen Pudwill and James Van Oort, Mitchell; Kate Schmidt, Wessington Springs; Mabel Picotte, Chamberlain; and MJ McMillan, Murdo.
A number of the writers will have their books available for sale.
