Moe honored for his commissioner service

Donald Moe, Letcher, was honored at the end of December for his more than 25 years as a county commissioner in Sanborn County.

Donald Moe, Letcher, was honored at the end of December for his more than 25 years as a county commissioner in Sanborn County.

He was treated to cake and ice cream by county officials and highway workers as a thank you.
