Flu vaccine clinic set for children

There will be a free flu vaccine clinic from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Corn Palace in Mitchell for all children six months through 18 years of age.

There will be a free flu vaccine clinic from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Corn Palace in Mitchell for all children six months through 18 years of age.

Parental consent is required. Consent forms will be available at the flu clinic or at the Community Health Offices at 115 W. 12th Ave. in Mitchell.

Parents unable to attend the event with their children may also download the forms at http://doh.sd.gov/flu, and then complete the forms.

Forms completed in advance and brought to the clinic will decrease time required for vaccination.
