A Huron man pleaded guilty to felony methamphetamine possession Tuesday in Davison County Circuit Court.
A Huron man pleaded guilty to felony methamphetamine possession Tuesday in Davison County Circuit Court.
Matthew R. Kimball, 21, had a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge and an unrelated misdemeanor petty theft charge dismissed as part of a plea agreement. Kimball admitted in court that he had meth in his system on March 28. Sentencing is set for Sept. 28. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
