Dolores Lindekugel, Forest Grove, Ore.

Dolores “Dee” Lindekugel, 87, Forest Grove, Ore., died June 12, 2010.

Private family service and burial will be held.

Arrangements were under the direction of Fulten, Rose and Hoyt Funeral Home, Forest Grove.

She was born on Oct. 19, 1922, in Spencer to Albert and Lyda (Thise) Young.

She grew up and received her education in Spencer and graduated from Spencer Union High School.

On Jan. 10, 1941, she married Alvin Lawrence Lindekugel in Spencer.

They lived in Spencer until 1952, when they moved to Forest Grove.

Her husband died on Dec. 9, 1972.

She was a retail clerk at Ace Hardware for more than 20 years before she retired.

She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Forest Grove.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth and wife Lynn; a daughter, Darleen Cawrse, all of Forest Grove; eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a sister, Marcelle Hamilton, Tyndall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons: Dennis and Roger; and a brother, Lloyd Young.
