The Avera Queen of Peace Foundation will host the Caring for Kids golf tournament Aug. 14 at Lakeview Golf Course.
The 16th annual tournament starts with coffee and donuts at 7 a.m. and there will be a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The 18-hole tournament is a four-person long ball/scramble event.
Entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team, which includes greens fees and a post-tournament picnic with food, beverages and the awarding of prizes. The tournament is limited to 35 foursomes and is first come, first serves.
Cart rental fee is not included in the tournament fee. Carts can be rented for $28 per 18 holes.
As will as pin prizes, flight prizes and door prizes, there will be a $5,000 cash prize for anyone who hits a hole-in-one on No. 3.
