Kimball’s Bickner signs with Cougars

Kimball’s Maura Bickner has signed to play volleyball at the University of Sioux Falls, the school announced Tuesday.

Kimball’s Maura Bickner has signed to play volleyball at the University of Sioux Falls, the school announced Tuesday.

Bickner, a 5-foot-6 setter, was named the Kiotes’ MVP after recording 442 assists, 45 service aces and 15 kills her senior year.

In her freshmen through junior years of high school, Kimball finished in the top six at the Class B state tournament.

Bickner joins five other incoming freshman as the Cougars’ signees for the 2010 season.
