Women in Blue Jenas conference cancelled

The 8th Annual Women in Blue Jeans conference scheduled for Jan. 21-23 at Dakota Wesleyan University has been cancelled.

"The weather forecast doesn't look like there will be any improvement, and we don't want our attendees, speakers, and exhibitors having to travel on icy roads," commented event chairman Carol Millan. A full refund of the $40 fee will be mailed to those who had pre-registered.

Next year's event will be Jan. 20,21, and 22, 2011 in Mitchell.
