EthosPartners expands to Mitchell, expects to fill up to 40 positions

EthosPartners, a nationwide provider of health-care management and consulting, announced today the expansion of its presence and the hiring of up to 40 full-time positions, according to a news release.

In an effort to accommodate the company’s growth, company leaders will utilize space formerly occupied by Vantage Point in the Palace City Mall located on the north side of Mitchell.

“These new positions are an expansion of our business and will complement the 43 employees currently located in the company’s Plankinton facility,” said Amanda Schutz, local manager for EthosPartners. “To support our ongoing efforts to provide results-driven solutions to physician practices and healthcare systems, we needed to hire a quality workforce and move into available space."

Working with the Mitchell Area Development Corporation, Mitchell office of the South Dakota Department of Labor, and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, EthosPartners has been able to secure a facility, equipment and workforce training in less than eight weeks.

“We are truly appreciative of the warm reception and seamless business assistance that we have received from the State and local organizations,” said Bob Bergstrom, vice president with EthosPartners. “We couldn’t have done it without them.”

Terry Sabers, president of the Mitchell Area Development Corporation commented that when Vantage Point Solutions moved to its new offices, Mitchell Development worked to have the furniture, fixtures and equipment left in place at the Palace Mall office space.

"This was a marketing and recruitment strategy we wanted to try in order to recruit a new office industry to Mitchell," Sabers said. "It is very rewarding to know that plan worked successfully for EthosPartners and Mitchell Development.”

Based in Suwanee, Ga., EthosPartners works with a variety of hospitals, health systems and physician organizations to provide advice and direction related to their specific strategic, operational and financial challenges. EthosPartners provides services in four areas of health care, including consulting solutions, management services, revenue cycle management and business intelligence.
