Woman sentenced for false statements to federal agency
A Pierre woman convicted of making false statements to a federal agency was sentenced earlier this week in federal court by U.S. District Judge Roberto A. Lange, U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson said.
Kelsey Howe, 20, was sentenced Monday to two months in custody, one year of supervised release and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
