Wagner man accused of beating another with mop handle
A Wagner man is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and his roommate with a mop handle.
Payton Patterson, 21, lives with his girlfriend, Miranda SixToes, and another man named Travis SixToes Jr.
According to court documents, Patterson struck Travis SixToes in the face with a wooden mop handle. The attack fractured SixToes' left cheekbone and his nose.
Patterson also assaulted Miranda SixToes, but didn't cause serious bodily injury.
Aggravated assault carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
