The First Circuit Court-Appointed Special Advocates program will conduct volunteer training March 22-23 and April 4-5.

The nonprofit program serves Aurora, Brule, Buffalo, Davison, Douglas, Hanson, Hutchinson and McCook counties. CASA recruits and trains community volunteers who are appointed by judges to be independent fact finders and speak up for the best interests of neglected and abused children in the court system.
