Three men arrested for burglarizing tattoo parlor
Three men have been arrested for breaking into a Mitchell tattoo parlor earlier this month.
Andrew Alcala, 22, Justo Lopez III, 18, and Randall Bohn Jr., 19, are each accused of third-degree burglary, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Alcala served as lookout for Lopez and Bohn as they broke the glass on the front of Hardcore Inc., and entered the building in the early hours of Aug. 8, according to court documents.
All three men admitted the items stolen were glass water pipes and glass pipes.
Law enforcement later received written consent to search Alcala's and Lopez's residence, where they found a large amount of glass pipes and e-cigarettes hidden in the ceiling tiles.
Many of those items were reported stolen from Hardcore Inc.
Law enforcement also found drug paraphernalia with marijuana residue, so Alcala and Lopez are also charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
