Three arrested on drug charges after tip from Spencer store

The arrests occurred after the highway patrol received a call around 2 p.m. earlier in the day that a person allegedly had a gun at the convenience store near the Spencer exit, said Jonathan Harms, public information officer for the state Department of Public Safety.
Highway patrol eventually pulled over a red Subaru at the Mitchell exit.
“Everyone exited the car without incident,” Harms said.
