Suspect pleads not guilty to his alleged role in vandalism spree
A 21-year-old man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges related to his alleged role in a series of vehicle thefts and acts of vandalism in July in Mitchell.
Daniel James Tingle, of Mitchell, is charged with one count of grand theft and one count of intentional property damage. He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine for each charge.
