PIERRE (AP) -- Custer State Park officials are offering people a chance to walk on snow.
The Sylvan Lake snowshoe hike is planned for March 3 in the Black Hills. Officials say the three-mile hike is geared toward beginners.
The Sylvan Lake area is one of the most historic regions within Custer State Park.
The cost to attend the event is a park entrance fee.
