SD State Fair raising money for new exhibit hall
HURON (AP) — The South Dakota State Fair Foundation has started a campaign to raise $4 million to build a new 4-H exhibit hall on the fairgrounds in Huron.
The campaign will seek donations over the next three years to replace the aging Clover Hall, which has been used since the 1950s for 4-H exhibits and competitions. Officials say nearly $1.2 million has already been raised.
