SD man leads organization opposed to death penalty
SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A South Dakota man is leading a group in favor of a proposal to repeal the state's death penalty law.
Denny Davis is a Catholic deacon from Burbank who is the director of South Dakotans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty.
