SIOUX FALLS (AP) -- The chairman of the South Dakota Democratic Party says he's resigning to move closer to his wife in Sioux City, Iowa.
Ben Nesselhuf says he has accepted a job as campaign manager for Jim Mowrer, who is running for Congress against Republican Rep. Steve King. He says the job allows him to be closer to his wife, Angie, in Sioux City.
