Prehistoric Indian Village featured on SDPB's Dakota Life
The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village is being featured on the South Dakota Public Broadcasting television show Dakota Life.
Repeat viewings of the show will be at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, 5 a.m. Sunday, 3:30 p.m. Sunday and at various other times and dates in October.
A crew was at the site for a day several weeks ago filming the site and interviewing the executive director, Cindy Gregg.
The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village is the only archaeological site in South Dakota open to the public.
