Pierre schools rebid projects, save about $500K
PIERRE (AP) — Officials in Pierre say a local school district has saved about $500,000 after rebidding three construction projects.
KCCR-AM reports the school board has awarded contracts to two different companies for the construction of a new elementary school. The board earlier this month had rejected some bids that were above estimate.
