Dr. Rich Lofthus, of Mount Mary College, gave a presentation Saturday at Geddes’ Pioneer Days about Private John Warns and his family during WWI. Pictured visiting with Lofthus are Nancy Britton and Mary Sejnoha. Lofthus had letters and pictures from during the war and later ones of John Warns’ family at their home in Wentworth. Judy Blair Parker read a short article that Gladys Blair Ludens, 107, wrote and played a CD the Blair family made of her earlier this year.
