OUR VIEW: Make your voice heard on postal hours plan
Thousands of post offices in the United States likely will see a reduction in operating hours, the latest move by the U.S. Postal Service to stop its financial hemorrhaging.
Called the Post Plan, the changes will be phased in over a period of two years. The changes are part of a wider-reaching plan to save the Postal Service some $2 billion annually.
