Obama pitches mortgage overhaul as housing rallies
PHOENIX (AP) -- Buoyed by an improving housing market, President Barack Obama on Tuesday proposed a broad overhaul of the nation's mortgage finance system, including winding down government-backed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
